Terms of use

1. Agreement

These terms of use (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile app Endless Bubbles (“the app”), published on Google Play under the developer name Arkazor Games by the individual developer Ilga Ongunsu (“we”, “us”). By downloading, installing or using the app you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app and uninstall it. Our privacy policy explains how data is handled; Google Play’s terms of service also apply to your download.

2. Who may use the app

The app is intended for users aged 13 and over. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you may only use the app with the permission of a parent or guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

3. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for your private, non-commercial entertainment. All rights not expressly granted remain with us. The app, its code, graphics, sounds, music, texts, names and logos are protected by copyright and other laws and belong to us or to our licensors. Third-party components are used under their own licences, which are listed in the app (Settings → Licences). Google Play and Android are trademarks of Google LLC.

4. Free app, no purchases

The app is free of charge and offers no in-app purchases. You cannot pay us money for anything inside the app.

• Everything you unlock or earn in the app (for example themes, styles, stars, hints) is a game feature only. It has no monetary value, cannot be bought, sold, exchanged or paid out, and is not a prize. The app contains no gambling, betting or games of chance with real money or prizes.
• Your progress is stored only on your device (see the privacy policy). It is lost if you erase the app’s data, uninstall the app or change or reset your device. We do not operate a backup and cannot restore lost progress.
• We may change, rebalance or remove game features, levels and rewards in updates.

5. Advertising and third-party content

• The app shows ads delivered by Google AdMob. The ads are created and provided by third-party advertisers, not by us. We do not select individual ads, do not check each ad in advance and do not endorse any advertised product, service, website or app.
• We use the controls Google offers to keep ads appropriate: ads are limited to the “PG” content rating and sensitive categories (for example gambling and games of chance, dating and alcohol) are blocked. Google also applies its own advertising policies. Even so, an unsuitable ad may occasionally appear. If you see one, please tell us at support@arkazorgames.com (with a screenshot and the approximate time) so we can block it; you can also report it to Google through the ad’s information icon where available.
• Tapping an ad takes you out of the app to a website, the app store or another app run by the advertiser or a third party. Their own terms and privacy policies apply there. Any purchase, subscription, download or other contract you make there is made solely between you and that third party; we are not a party to it, do not receive payments from it and are not responsible for its products, services, content, delivery or data practices, to the extent permitted by law. Please check an offer carefully before you buy anything.
• Reward videos are optional. A reward is only granted after the video has been completed. We cannot guarantee that a video is always available (for example when you are offline). Rewards are in-game only and have no monetary value.
• Do not tap ads repeatedly or automatically, use tools to view or click ads, or otherwise generate artificial ad activity. This harms advertisers and may breach Google’s policies and the law.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent the app; decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer it, except where the law expressly allows this; remove or alter copyright notices or the ads; use cheats, bots, modified versions or other means to manipulate the app or ads; use the app for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable or overburden it or Google’s services.

7. Health and safety

• Photosensitivity warning: a very small number of people may experience seizures or other symptoms when exposed to certain visual patterns, flashing lights or moving images on screens, even without a history of epilepsy. If you or anyone in your family has such a condition, consult a doctor before playing. Stop playing immediately and consult a doctor if you experience dizziness, altered vision, eye or muscle twitches, loss of awareness, disorientation or any involuntary movement.
• Take regular breaks, play in a well-lit room and hold your device at a comfortable distance. Stop if your hands, wrists, arms or eyes feel tired or sore.
• Keep the volume at a safe level, especially with headphones, and stay aware of your surroundings.
• Never use the app while driving, cycling, walking in traffic, operating machinery or in any situation that requires your full attention.

8. Availability and changes

We provide the app free of charge, “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it reliable, but we do not promise that it will be free of errors or interruptions, that it will work on every device or Android version, or that it will remain available. We may update, change, suspend or discontinue the app or any feature at any time. Updates may be required to keep using the app.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profit, loss of in-app progress or data stored on your device, or damages caused by third-party products, services, websites or apps (including advertisers), by your device, network or operating system, or by use of the app contrary to these Terms or the safety notes above.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, in particular liability for intent or gross negligence (Article 115 of the Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098), for death or personal injury, or your mandatory rights as a consumer under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection or the consumer law of your country of residence.

10. Ending use

You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. Your licence ends automatically if you materially breach these Terms.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you may apply to the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts that are competent under Law No. 6502 (including those at your place of residence); if you live in the EU or another country whose mandatory consumer protection rules apply, you keep the protection of those rules and may also bring a claim before the courts of your country. For disputes with users who are not consumers, the courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul have jurisdiction. Before taking any formal step, please contact us — most issues can be solved quickly by e-mail.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms, for example when the app or the law changes. The current version is always available at this address with its “last updated” date. If a change is significant, we will inform you in the app or in the store listing before it takes effect. If you continue to use the app after a change takes effect, the new Terms apply; if you do not agree, please stop using the app.

13. Other provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms are available in English and Turkish; for users in Türkiye the Turkish version prevails, for all other users the English version.
