This page covers the arkazorgames.com website. Each of our apps has its own privacy policy, listed at the bottom of this page.

1. Who is responsible

Ilga Ongunsu, an individual developer publishing as Arkazor Games, is the data controller for this website. Contact: support@arkazorgames.com. See also the legal notice and the KVKK information notice.

2. No cookies, no tracking

This website does not use cookies, local storage, analytics, advertising, social media plug-ins, tracking pixels, external fonts or content delivery networks. Your browser only loads files from arkazorgames.com. Links to Google Play or other websites only send data to them when you click them.

3. Server logs

When you visit the website, the web server@if (!string.IsNullOrWhiteSpace(s.HostingProvider)) { run by our hosting provider } automatically records technical data: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the HTTP status, the referring page and your browser’s user agent. We use these logs only to deliver the website, to detect and fix errors and to protect it against attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website (KVKK Art. 5(2)(f); GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). The logs are deleted after at most 30 days, unless they are needed to investigate a specific security incident, and are not combined with other data. If the servers are located outside Türkiye, the transfer is carried out in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK.

4. E-mail

If you write to us, we process your e-mail address, your name (if given) and your message only to answer you, and keep the correspondence for at most two years after your request has been handled.

5. Your rights

You have the rights listed in Article 11 of the KVKK and, where it applies, in the GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, complaint to a supervisory authority).
